A picture booth can be an exciting addition to your very special day. Just imagine the excitement it would create with your guests, if they had the opportunity to take both loving and candid shots when they arrive at your wedding. The best part about it is that they're usually duplicate photos in the booths. These booths can be rented for sometimes as little as $40.00 an hour. Many of my brides have each guest step into the photo booth and take a picture right when they arrive and are ready to sign the guest book. This not only provides a fun activity for your guests to do, but it provides memorabilia for the bride and groom.
Picture booths come in a variety of sizes. I have seen them at weddings fitting as little as two people, and as many as five. This really is your decision. The bigger the size the more candid the pictures tend to become. In my opinion, having a picture booth at your reception may be far more enjoyable then lets say a ice sculpture for the same price.
You can do a search online for companies that provide this type of service. Many rental companies that provide tables, chairs, and tents, carry these photo booths. Make sure you do your homework because prices will vary from company to company. At the end of the day, with a photo booth, you will at least have pictures of all the guests that attended your wedding. Maybe you can even do without your photographer. The verdict still isn't out on that one.
